These conditions are applicable and accepted by all artists/labels wishing to sell on noiseconnexion.
Creating an account and having it converted into a seller's account on request by the artist or the artist's label is proof of the electronic signature.
The Service Provider (Transmitter) is released from the obligation to pay when the cumulative balance of the Recipient's (Artist) account on noiseconnexion shows a sum to be paid of less than 50 euros.
When the Recipient obtains a minimum amount of 50 euros each, a payment is possible from the 5th of the following month and a commission of 10% applies.
An invoice will be set up by the Service Provider (Issuer) for the Recipient (Artist) manually.
